Thank you all for your enthusiasm and support over the last nine months as we have been obbsessed with the new house. ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous house! Maybe this is a dumb question but what is a cold storage room? I love all those shelves. The bathrooms are beautiful and of course I love the kitchen. It sounds like it is a huge amount of work to put a house together.

ReplyDeleteThey make a cold storage room by cementing the area under the steps of a house as part of the foundation. That area stays much cooler so it is a perfect place for storing food. We put an exterior door there which helps it keep it even cooler.
